At Soréy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


To qualify for a return, products must:


• Be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging

• Be returned in the same condition as received

• Include proof of purchase

• Be requested within 14 days of delivery


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


• Opened or used skincare products

• Products with damaged or missing original packaging

• Sale or clearance items


Faulty or Damaged Products


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sorey1store@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Once verified, we will provide either:


• A replacement product

• A store credit

• A full refund


Soréy will cover return shipping costs for approved faulty items.
